We are looking for professionals in credit process management, with a particular focus on mortgage credit. Experience in mortgage credit, banking, credit intermediation, financial back‑office or process management will be valued. Key responsibilities: - Monitoring and managing credit processes; - Supporting clients through the various stages of the process; - Organising, reviewing and managing documentation; - Contacting clients, banks and other stakeholders; - Managing physical and digital archives; - Drafting communications and correspondence; - Using IT platforms and tools; - Complying with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. We are looking for professionals with: - Process management experience, preferably in the mortgage credit area; - Experience in mortgage credit, banking, credit intermediation or financial back‑office; - Professional experience in the Portuguese market, particularly in monitoring credit processes and contacting banking entities; - Knowledge of the processes, documentation and requirements applicable to mortgage credit in Portugal; - Ability to organise, review and manage documentation; - Experience in dealing with clients, banks and other stakeholders; - Good knowledge of IT tools and management platforms; - Strong communication, organisational, autonomous and detail‑oriented skills. Conditions: - Fixed‑term contract of 1 year, with possibility of renewal or integration; - Base remuneration corresponding to the current RMMG; - Variable productivity bonus; - Meal allowance of 10,46€/day; - 22 business days of vacation; - Work location: Paço de Arcos If you are ready to make a difference, send us your application!
